In 1998, the City of Clarksville hired McGhee Engineering,
Inc. as part of a team of engineers, architects and construction managers
to design and oversee construction of a state of the art, $1.4 million baseball
and softball complex. Five softball and three baseball fields with full lighting,

68-80 Water Tank Addition
Project Cost: $595,000
Project Funding: KIA Loan: $212,000
In 1997, the City of Elkton needed additional water storage
capacity to supply the needs of a new industry locating in the city. McGhee
Engineering performed a hydraulic study of their system and recommended a
new water storage tank to be located outside of town along the new US 68/80

a grant from the Economic Development Administration for construction of the
project. The project includes the construction of a 336,800-gallon ground-level
