East Logan Water District: Radio-Read Meter Conversion & Install
The East Logan Water District received separate, sealed Bids for their Systemwide Radio-Read Meter Conversion & Installation Project until 11:00 a.m., Thursday, February 21, 2008 at the office of East Logan Water District, 399 East Main Street, P.O. Box 715, Auburn, Kentucky 42206, at which time they were publicly opened and read aloud.
The Contract involves the purchase and installation of 200 new radio-read meters, the conversion of approximately 3,021 existing touch-read meters to radio-read capability, the testing of approximately 3,000 existing meters, and the supply of all other necessary equipment, software, hardware and appurtenances necessary for a complete and operable radio-read meter system throughout the District.
